I've started holding monthly webinars for libraries interested in learning more about Internet Archive's Open Libraries program (which I run) and controlled digital lending.  I'm doing a webinar next week and have the April date selected as well, so would welcome anyone who's interested in learning more to join.  Please also feel free to share with your colleagues - it's an open and free webinar:

Please join Chris Freeland, Director of Open Libraries, from Internet Archive for an overview of the Open Libraries project. Attendees will learn how books come into the Internet Archive from library and bookseller donations, how they are scanned in our scanning centers, and how they are made available to readers one copy at a time via controlled digital lending. Libraries will also learn how they can leverage the Open Libraries project to help provide access to these books, as well as how Open Libraries can be used to make decisions about their physical collections.
