Hey,
Most entrepreneurial courses are 'Theory heavy' and not action driven,
the idea is to get desired outcomes and take someone with an idea
through the stages required to create a sustainable business, so a
mixture between training, mentorship and life coaching. Break things
down by modules & Activities. Break everything down into small
chunks(like daily sessions), each activity should have a practical
step(something that needs to be done) with the relevant theory.
There is tons of material out there, but a lot of the time you have to
go and search out the info. Some courses are offered free but they are
theory heavy. And the workshops you do get for entrepreneurs are often
costly (i.e Wits business school)
