Dear All
HMC has now come up with an ONLINE BOOKING PORTAL for SAM Guest House. This facility can be availed only by student, staff and the faculty members of this institute.
You need to use the following link ( http://www.hmc.iitkgp.ac.in/gh/login.php ) now for guest room requirement from March 01, 2017.
For any guest room requirement prior to March 01, please download the form from HMC website ( http://www.hmc.iitkgp.ac.in/web/list-of-forms/ ) and submit the duly filled-in copy to HMC.
PLEASE NOTE :
(a) NOW ONWARDS PAYMENT TO BE MADE BY YOUR GUEST THROUGH POS MACHINE (debit, credit, ATM card), available at the reception counter of the SAM Guest house. NO CASH TRANSACTION WILL BE ENTERTAINED AT THE RECEPTION DESK.
(b) For bulk booking like Alumni Meet, Spring Fest, Kshitij, and Conferences, please contact HMC well before the scheduled date (preferably 4 months ahead).
