It gives me a great pleasure in extending the heartiest invitation to you and your colleagues to participate in Two Days “National Seminar on Electoral Reforms”, scheduled to be organized by MATS Law School, MATS University, Raipur, C.G. on June 9^th -10^th, 2012.

Your Abstract of the paper will be published in the Souvenir and the full paper will be published in the 3^rd Volume of MATS University Journal.

Academicians, learned judges, lawyers, researchers, students, and others interested in the subject are invited to present papers on the themes mentioned in the breakup of the seminar. An abstract not exceeding 150 words shall be submitted for consideration. The abstract shall preferably contain the synopsis of the paper with a brief reference to the conclusion.
