We’re looking for a dynamic, motivated individual to join our Pharmaceutical & Medical Device Point of Care team. We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join our Supply Chain Team in the Princeton office.

 

Summary:
The Master Data Specialist will be responsible for all activities to support master data. This position requires strong understanding of SAP and the master data fields and how they function to support
business flows. This role requires strong cross-functional communication.

 

Responsibilities:

·         Lead master data process to support new product launches, deactivations, and other changes

·         Lead weekly meetings with crossfunctional teams to define master data set ups/changes to ensure timely set up

·         Resolve master data issues that may arise

·         Update master data fields as needed based on business flows, activities and needs

·         Serve as the master data lead to support SAP implementation/expansion project to new countries to include the following activities:

o   Pre Load and Post Load reports data verification, correction and sign off

o   Data Conversion for New Materials

o   Evaluating requirements and if it will impact Global Data

o   System testing

·         Maintain, create, and improve new procedures to support new material

 

introductions/Changes/Deactivating Materials.

Qualifications Preferred:

·         4-5 years experience with master data set up

·         Experience in systems specific to SAP, MDG or other ERP system

·         Strong cross-functional communication
