Role: DB2 DBA

Location: Springfield, IL

Duration: 6 months

 

Required skills:

DB2 and some SQL in a Pur, Modeling design, performance tuning, configuration management, capacity planning, Q1 Labs QRadar

Perform installation, configuration, testing, documentation IBM database software products in accordance with State policies and procedures.

 

·         Extensive knowledge and 3 years professional experience

·         DB2, Q1 Labs Qradar

·         Experience with Pure Scale

·         Experience with IBM database tuning, optimization, disk management, security enforcement

·         SQL Optimization

·         Relational modeling and database best practices for given environment

·         Routine maintenance and backups

·         Guardiam, encryption software for DB's
