The big problem we have is: our plans and thoughts, our actions and our words are not aligned. Our policies often are mismatching with our plans and needs. We contradict ourselves and it fails us.
Higher education needs to be job oriented, creative or innovative to stay competitive. Both performers and learners have opportunities, no doubt about it.
