The Gujarat Vidyapith (deemed to be university established under Section 3 of the UGC act-1956) was founded by Mahatma Gandhi in 1920. Gujarat Vidyapith is the only university which has a long lasting tradition to embody Gandhian Philosophy in education. There are several courses which are being run at Gujarat Vidyapith which are planned with a modern stream keeping the Gandhian Ideology in the central place.

Gujarat Vidyapith invites applications from interested individuals for the ‘International Course on Gandhian Nonviolence: Theory and Application (Batch: 2022-23)’. While the course is absolutely free to enrol and learn from, the interested candidates will have to send their Curriculum Vitae (CV) along with the Letter of Motivation on or before September 10^th, 2022 for the review of the Selection Committee.
