Job Description:

We are currently looking for motivated, energetic fresh graduates to join our start up team in Chennai, India. 

Selected candidates would be recruited as 'Trainee Engineer - VLSI' and would be given training in VLSI domain for a period of 6 months to one year depending on the candidates performance during the training period. 

Educational Qualification: Any Graduation/Post Graduation/Diploma

Technical Skills Requirement: Exceptional programming skills in C and C++ programming languages. Candidates who are not interested in coding should not apply. 

Compensation: Stipend during training period and salary of market standards after the completion of training. Stipend package ranges between Rs. 7000 - Rs. 10000 per month depending on the candidates performance during the interview. After the successful completion of training, salary would be revised as per market standards, minimum guarantee of Rs. 15,000/- per month. Salary might go up to Rs. 30,000/- per month depending on the projects sensitivity. 

Interview Process: There will three rounds of interview. First round would be a two hours of programming test. Second round would be a face to face technical interview. Third round would be the HR discussion.
