Grand Viva subjects for Final year students

dear all

following are the subject categories on which you shall be examined during your Grand viva(schedule will be forwarded soon), CS 893

Group 1-All subjects are mandatory i.e. you shall be questioned across all the subjects in the group: Data Structure, Database Management Systems, Operating System, Computer Network, Software Engineering

Group 2- There are three categories in the group. You will have to choose 1 subject from each of the categories, and you will face questions from all categories

Category (a)- Languages and Tools

Category (b)- Design and Analysis of Algorithms, Computer Graphics, Language Processor

Category (c)- Computer Organization, Computer Architecture, Formal Language and Automata Theory

To summarize, you will have to prepare 8(Eight) subjects- all 5(Five) of the mandatory subjects i.e. Group 1 and 1(One) each from 3 categories of group 2.
