A brief note on the Associate Engagement

·        Associates are engaged on Contract with the Company for a period of 2 years under Third Party  

          payroll.
·        They are job-rotated / provided on-job experience over the 2 year period.
·        Their performance is evaluated on a 6-month interval.
·        Based on performance & availability of Full Time Employee (FTE) positions, they may be taken on  

        company payroll anytime within the 2 years. 
·        In cases where the performance of individuals is commendable but no FTE positions are available

         within 2 years, the Contract may be renewed after completion of the initial 2-year period.

Salary: Rs.1,44,000/- PA
