Final year project viva-schedule and report format

Dear all

attached is the schedule for final project viva and report format.

You have to submit one hard bound copy of the project report and one CD containing project code, executable, presentation(.ppt), documentation(.doc) on the day of examination. The CD should be placed in a CD-pouch and placed at the end of your project report.

Please note that the 'certificate' page should be printed on Techno India letterhead. So, issue (n+1) letterheads from your mentor and get the certificate printed on that (n:Number of group members, 1 copy should be submitted to department hard-bound in project report & others for your personal copies). Personal copy of the certificate will be signed only if it is produced along with the entire report. No request for signing the certificate page alone will be entertained.

P.S. letterheads shall not be re-issued.

You need to come in formals for the project presentation.
