Abstracts/Budgets for all events

To All Event Heads,
I need to have a rough budget from you regarding you event. I am posting my Blitzkrieg rough budget here. I will also be posting a simple abstract. Preferably, if your event is a new one, I will require an abstract from you as well. This will also help the marketing team as they should know what events we might have this year. Please provide me with a budget and/or abstract by 14/05/2012. Remember, it doesn't have to be too detailed, just enough so that we get a rough idea of the event and costs/resources needed

I've shared an expenditure form. Please fill it out as soon as you make any Technites related expense. Your promptness in this will help me reimburse cash, and project costs promptly as well.

@Marketing guys: I need updates from you regarding what your plans are.

Also, if you know anyone who is still not a part of this group but would like to work for Technites this year, please alert me or any other group manager (current 3d years). We will add them to the group.
