Based on the abstracts and budgets I've received so far, these are the events which will most likely be occurring in this year's Technites
*Liquid light - (Light board that reacts to touch)
*Shadow LED - (LED board that shows you your shadow)
*Octet - ( 8X8X8 LED cube that plays visualizations)
*Waterfall - (physical equalizer bars visualization)
*Emotion reactor - (physical equalizer bars visualization)
*Megapixel - (Gigantic LED screen)
*Contraption - (Rube Goldberg Machine)
Blitzkrieg - (Laser tag game)
Light Ball - (spinning LED Ball)
Floating bulb - (Levitating bulb that pulses with music)
Theremin - (Instrument which allows you to play music by waving your hands in the air)
Laser Harp - (A harp with laser beams instead of strings)
Fruit Ninja - (Using a motion sensitive controller play the game on a big screen)
Air Sketching - (Draw on a big screen using just you hands)
High Striker - ( Step right up! Who can hit the pad the hardest?! )
These events' abstracts/budgets are still pending. Please submit them soon.
Music Creator - (Play different tones/music using physical pads)
Doodle Jump - (Play the game with a balace board? something like that.)
Guitar Hero - (Air guitar and make music)
Air Hockey - (virtual air hockey on a physical board)
* = This name is pretty much finalized unless we come up with something amazing
If I've missed anything please let me know.
For all of these events I need some really attractive, ear-catching names. Please submit any suggestions you have on this thread. Keep in mind what each event is and try to keep the name related to that. If you have many ideas, please put them in one post. Let's not unnecessarily spam this thread. Also, please refrain from commenting upon other peoples name ideas, let's use this as a list of possible names and vote in our first open meet in order to make the final decision then.

Apart from Emotion Reactor all seem cool.
Maybe for Emotion reactor u could just reduce it to E-Motion or something..whacky suggestion but i think short and crisp matters!
