How to contact a Israeli Bank from India ?

Hi,

     Does anyone know how to contact a Israeli bank from India. I am trying to contact Leumi Bank (Ziv Centre Branch). I tried many times using their number available in internet, however they are not picking the call, may be it is from abroad. I have searched in the internet for their whatsapp number, email id or Fax.  Have not found any.
