Here's some somewhat dense reading on this mathematical concept, at its root involving the question of whether we count the endpoints of a range of numbers or not. Here's one of the problems I cover: If I'm assigned to work problems 3-15 from my textbook, how many problems do I have to do? It sounds easy -- but it's really easy to get wrong!
