Google Translate not free?

use karta hu, aur isne na kabhi mujhe limit kiya na kabhi mujhse
credit card ya koi bhi payment details maange. mere paas koi credit
card hai hi nahi. aur main to bina log in huye hi use kar leta hu.
aap log kaun se v2 link par iska paid use kar rahe hain? usme mere
link se kaun se better features hain?

$20 per 1 M characters of text, where the charges are
adjusted in proportion to the number of characters actually provided.
Language Detection:

Google Translate API v2 has a default limit of 2M chars/day.
This limit can be increased up to 50M chars/day in the Quotas pane in
the Google APIs Console

एक तो http://translate.google.com की साइट पर जाकर आप किसी वाक्यांश/वाक्य/पद का मशीनी अनुवाद देखते है। यह सेवा अभी भी निशुल्क जारी है।
दूसरा उपयोग था (Google Translation API V.!) जिसकी सेवा को गूगल ने बंद कर दिया है। विभिन्न ब्लॉग और वेबसाइट इस सेवा का उपयोग करके मुफ्त अनुवाद सेवा देती थी और हम भी MS Word या किसी CAT Tool जैसे SDL Trados में उसका उपयोग कर लेते थे। अब API V.1 के स्थान पर जो API V.2 आया है वह शुल्क सहित है। दस लाख कैरेक्टर उपयोग करने पर 20 डॉलर का भुगतान करना होता है।

हिन्दी अनुवाद के लिए मंत्र राजभाषा और मात्रा का प्रयोग कैसा है ? ये
दोनों मुफ्त उपलब्ध हैं, आनलाइन भी, आफलाइन भी।

हिंदी के लिए मंत्र या मात्रा का पर्याप्त प्रयोग न होने के कारण इनका डेटाबेस विकसित नहीं हो पाया। आरंभ में जहाँ थे वहीं खड़े हैं। जबकि गूगल के डेटाबेस में प्रतिदिन लाखों नए शब्द जुड़ जाते हैं। मशीनी अनुवाद में टूल का जितना आधिक उपयोग होगा उतना ही उसका शब्दों का डेटाबेस समृद्ध होता जाएगा। अतः गूगल ट्रांसलेट भारतीय अनुवाद टूल से कहीं बेहतर है। केवल वाक्य रचना में कठिनाई होती है क्योंकि हिंदी की वाक्य रचना अंग्रेजी के स्ट्रक्चर से बिलकुल अलग है। लेकिन शब्दों के लगभग सही अर्थ मिल जाते हैं जिन्हें आप पुनर्व्यवस्थित कर सही वाक्य रचना कर सकते हैं।
