Converting a FORTRAN program into any other convenient language

Dear members,
     I had many programs in QuickBasic which were perfectly running under Windows7, but which were not supported in Windows10. And now some of those programs converted to FORTRAN by me and running under Windows10 with the software MSDEV, when run under Windows11 give a linking error. These simple programs are related to astronomy.
     Earlier a friend of mine converted the original QuickBasic program into Visual Basic. But I could not get a chance to transfer it from my old PC to the new one.
     I would like to know if anybody could help me either running the same program as it is in FORTRAN, or converted to any other suitable computer language for running under Windows11. I can provide a sample program in text mode, or with .f extension. Although the program is well documented with comments, I can explain matters if further clarifications are required.

४) लेकिन मुझे लगता है कि  आप अपने QuickBasic प्रोग्रामों  को पाइथन में बदल लें  और इसके लिए कृत्रिम बुद्धि के प्रोग्राम की सहायता लें।  इसका सबसे अच्छा तरीका यह हो सकता है कि  आप  गूगल  colab   का उपयोग  करना शुरू कर  दें।  सभी गूगल मेल प्रयोक्ताओं के लिए इसका निःशुल्क संस्करण भी बहुत उपयोगी है।  इसमें कृत्रिम बुद्धि से युक्त एजेंट है जो पग पग पर आपकी सहायता करेगा और आपके बेसिक प्रोग्रामों  को  पाइथन में बदलने में सहायता करेगा।  

इसके अलावा  colab के गुणों की सूची बहुत बड़ी है।  colab के लिए पहले से बने हुए बहुत से नोटबुक हैं जिन्हें आप सीधे चला कर देख सकते है और उनको आगे भी बढ़ा  सकते है।

बहुत-बहुत धन्यवाद अनुनाद जी।
पहले तो मैंने External hard disk में चेक किया कि मेरे लिखे हुए QuickBasic प्रोग्राम स्टोर है या नहीं। भाग्यवश 2018 में सेव किए सभी प्रोग्राम सही-सलामत हैं।
और अब जबकि QB64 डाउनलोड करने लगा तो ..

What about the qb64.net website/domain?

Please make note that the .net domain for QB64 is highly suspect. Apparently the story goes that someone forgot to renew the domain name and it was snipped by a questionable party that subsequently mirrored the previous websites information and spammed it with dubious advertising. At this point it has nothing to do with QB64 and, ultimately, should be completely avoided given that the content could contain suspect binaries potentially containing malware. Additionally, it’s been stated in the community has potentially having malware as part of the site - potentially infecting your machine by simply browsing to it. So, in the end, if you do venture there be sure to exercise caution.
