मैं तो पिछले 25-40 साल से हस्तलिखित हिन्दी में शिरोरेखा नहीं लगाता
हूँ, जब तक कहीं प्रस्तुत न करना हो, और आज तक किसी को पढ़ने में समस्या
नहीं आई।

शिरोरेखा हटाना एक विचारणीय कार्रवाई हो सकता है।
