The revised versions of the Unicode to DVB-TTYogeshEN & DVBW-TTYogeshEN  font converters have been uploaded.

I am thankful to Shri Hariram jii for giving feedback and suggesting improvements in the converters. In the old versions, the following Unicode glyphs were not getting converted/ displayed properly:

ल्य, द्य, क्र, कृ, के etc.
All these problems have been sorted out.

Thanks. it will be quite usefull as well. however, pl see the  converter for Krutidev 010 (latest version 4) to Unicode. it is giving error while converting long files. (version 3 was flawlessly converting real big files)

Ravi jii,
Kindly send me some big file in Krutidev font for testing the converter. I will update this converter by including the remaining characters.
On my PC systems, many times I face peculiar problem. If I input the  whole text of the file, the system hangs. But if I input it in a few pieces, it works. Again in some case problem comes not because of size, but due to some special character due to the presence of which even one word is not converted. Once I traced one such word which ended with Z. When I replaced it with some other option, it worked.
You may also try the converter with changing the chunksize from 6000 to some other number, say, 10000.

Ravi

Ravi ji,
I could easily sort out the problem in conversion of your file. Since on my residential PC, there is automatic debugger facility for the case when a JavaScript program encounters any problem. If debugger is selected, automatically the arrow goes directly to the line where the problem lies.

In your file there is one word - "सिर्फ़" [cf section (15)] which is "flQ+Z" in Krutidev010 font. The + stands for the nuqta which appears directly vertically below फ as in ड and ढ and hence doesn't look nice. I had neglected this in the program. If you remove the nuqta of this word in the original file and then convert, there will not be any problem in conversion. But if you want to retain it, the present program would convert it to सिफऱ्. The modified program is attached.

I will correct the program accordingly. But it will take time. For the time being please manage with the attached program.

  Regards.
  Narayan Prasad
