Convert the  attached English text into ASD-STE100 Simplified Technical English.

You are a technical writer. Rewrite the text below in Simplified Technical English (ASD-STE100 style).
Follow these rules:
1. Use simple, common words. Use each word with one meaning only.
2. Keep procedural sentences to 20 words or fewer. Keep descriptive sentences to 25 words or fewer.
3. Write one instruction per sentence. Put the verb first (imperative).
4. Use the active voice. Do not use the passive voice in procedures.
5. Use only simple present, simple past and simple future tenses.
6. Do not use -ing forms as verbs. Do not turn verbs into nouns.
7. Break up noun clusters of more than three words.
8. Write conditions before the action ("If X, do Y").
9. Write warnings and cautions as a command first, then the risk.
10. Keep all technical names exactly as they are.
After the rewrite, list each change you made and the rule it follows.

Please make the following english text  ste-100 compliant.

In comparison to German, English sentences are simplicity itself. But in comparison to Hindi, they are a picture of entangled complexity. Piling up of adjectival clauses and phrases, a sentence may show as many as five, eight or even more verbs with absolute constructions intertwined, the subject removed from the verb by a distance which the ordinary human comprehension fails to grasp at the first or even a second reading. English sentences, particularly in legal documents, are such a jumble that only a specially trained mind can wade through them. When one has to translate these, knowing well that anything misplaced or added to, may work incalculable mis- chief in the law, one tends to be faithful in keeping up the sequence of words and phrases, in keeping the inter-relationship and above all in keeping their hardly intelligible intertwining. This language is barren of all grace although it is a rich field for hair-splitting intellect. Every term or phrase, every collection of words, has a historical back- ground. A case might have been decided upon one of them. There might be, or ordinarily is, a ruling of the Parliament, an important law case judgement which is hung upon a word of the phrase or an idea lying behind them. Thus all canons which are usually applicable to translation of literary works fail here. It is a technique which has to be followed up closely, consistently with utter disregard of charm, beauty or readability.
-----------------------------------------------------------

ChatGPT से ये मिला -

Compared with German, English sentences are very simple. However, compared with Hindi, they are very complex.

English sentences often contain many adjective clauses and phrases. A sentence can have five, eight, or more verbs. It can also contain absolute constructions. The subject and the verb can be far apart. Because of this, a reader may not understand the sentence after one or two readings.

English sentences, especially those in legal documents, can be very difficult to understand. Only a person with special training may be able to understand them fully.

The translation of legal English is also difficult. A small change in the position of a word, or the addition of a word, can cause serious legal problems. Therefore, translators often keep the original order of words and phrases. They also try to keep the same links between the parts of the sentence. They may even keep complex sentence structures that are difficult to understand.

This language has little grace or beauty. However, it gives much scope for detailed and complex legal arguments. Each term, phrase, or group of words has a history. A court may have made a decision based on one of these terms or phrases. A law passed by Parliament, or an important court judgment, may depend on the exact meaning of a word, a phrase, or an idea behind it.

For these reasons, the usual rules for translating literary works do not apply to legal texts. Legal translation requires a special method. The translator must follow this method carefully and consistently. The translator must give priority to legal accuracy, even if the result lacks beauty, elegance, or ease of reading.

OK. Thank you.
Of course, the meaning of the converted text is not necessarily the same and not that emphatic, but it does try to approximate the original.
I would like to have the Hindi translation of the original as well as the simplified text.

देखना चाहूँगा कि हिन्दी अनुवाद में इस बात को कैसे ध्यान में रखता है, विशेष रूप से "Piling up of adjectival clauses and phrases, a sentence may show as many as five, eight or even more verbs with absolute constructions intertwined, the subject removed from the verb by a distance which the ordinary human comprehension fails to grasp at the first or even a second reading."
