How to resize a table in MS Word

Dear Members,

      I can easily export excel worksheet to MS Word table (see the attached fig.). But I am unable to adjust the row height. What do I do? 

      I use Microsoft 365 and Windows 8.1.

Word में पहुँच गया तो Word की Table Properties से सब कुछ हो जाएगा।

मुझसे पहले गलती यह हुई थी कि वर्ड में मैं पहले से उतने ही साइज (रो एवं कॉलम) का Table (blank) बना लिया था और उसमें एक्सेल से स्थानान्तरित कर रहा था। इससे एक भी सेल भर नहीं रहा था।
जब एक्सेल से स्थाननान्तरित ऐसे ही (यानी केवल पेस्ट) किया, तो बिलकुल ठीक-ठाक से हो गया।
