How to use devlys010 font and any converter to unicode

I had a text in devlys 010 font.

I downloaded the font from http://www.ffonts.net/DevLys-010.font.download

I extracted mfdev010.ttf file from the downloaded zip file, and on
opening that font file by double clicking, there was install button at
the top that I clicked and it appeared duly in c:\windows\fonts folder.

However it is not opening on double clicking, and no right-click menu
is appearing. It is not appearing in excel and word file font list.

I had dragged and dropped to fonts folder also, and it was appearing
there but the same result, it is not opening, not visible in files.

how do I use it.

I am on Windows 7.

And, I couldn't find any converter of the same to unicode in this
group's files archive. Is there any free converter to unicode
available anywhere or is its char map similar to some other font whose
converter can be used to convert it to unicode?

devlys010  वाकमैन-चाणक्य जैसा फॉण्त लग रहा है। इसका परिवर्तक संलग्न है।

वाकमैन-चाणक्य और कृतिदेव 010 फोंट एक ही परिवार के हैं । अतः कृतिदेव 010 फोंट परिवर्तक का प्रयोग करके भी देख सकते हैं ।

Please use the Krutidev 010 font converter. It works perfectly at least for the given sample text.

वाह, आपके भेजे वॉकमैन चाणक्य से, और कृतिदेव 10 से भी यह पाठ सही परिवर्तित हो गया
है। आप सबका बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद।

एक विचार आ रहा है कि क्या हम ऐसे फ़ॉण्टों की एक सूचि बना सकते हैं जिनके मैप एक दूसरे
के समान या मिलते-जुलते हैं, जो एक दूसरे के परिवर्तक से बदल सकते हैं। इस सूचि से लोग उस
दूसरी फ़ॉण्ट के परिवर्तक का पता लगा कर उसका उपयोग कर सकेंगे।

बहुत धन्यवाद वाकमैन-चाणकय से unicode converter भेजने के लिए |

मेने आपके बताये हुए N.C.E.R.T के साईट  से कुछ टेक्स्ट convert करने की कोसिस किया | लेकिन उसमे मुझे कुछ गलतियाँ नजर आई |
जेसे की " igyk fo'o ;q1⁄4 vkjaHk gqvk " का  conversion इस तरह हुआ " पहला विश्व यु1⁄4 आरंभ हुआ " |
यहाँ पे " युद्ध " ठीक से convert नही हो पाया |
वेसे ही " jk"Vah;rk cuke lkezkT;okn " का conversion भी ठीक नही हुआ , जेसे की " राष्टंीयता बनाम साम्राज्यवाद " जहाँ पे " राष्ट्रीयता " ठीक से convert नही हुआ |

अगर इस converter को पूरी तरह ठीक बना दिया जाये और N.C.E.R.T की सारे किताबों  को unicode में convert किया जा सके तो हिंदी भाषी लोगों के लिए बहुत ही उपोयोगी साबित होगा |
