Aligning text in a cell of a table in MS Word

Dear Members,

I am unable to align the text of the cells in the table of an MS Word file. How to centre align it vertically?

Problem is solved.

One person suggested: Copy the whole table (highlighted) from Excel and paste it in MS Word. It worked.

All formattings (including grid markings and alignment of texts) should be done first in Excel only.
