Job Description:

Project Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead the execution of strategic initiatives across our digital assets platform. This role will oversee cross-functional teams delivering solutions in blockchain integration, cloud-native architecture, and financial services infrastructure particularly in corporate actions and collateral management.

Familiarity with blockchain, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), and messaging systems (Kafka, PubSub, Azure Service Bus). 

Key Responsibilities

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.

- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

- Coordinate across engineering, product, compliance, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.

- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.

- Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and executive sponsors.

- Ensure quality standards are met across all deliverables.

- Track progress using agile tools and methodologies, including Jira and Confluence.

 

Qualifications

- 8 years of project management experience in financial services or fintech.

- Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects.

- Familiarity with blockchain, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), and messaging systems (Kafka, PubSub, Azure Service Bus).

- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
