Reporting To: Director, Enterprise Architecture

The Digital Employee Experience & Emerging Technology team is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architecture & AI Adoption Specialist to support strategic alignment of AI initiatives, strengthen enterprise architecture practices, and enhance AI literacy across the organization.

This role combines enterprise architecture expertise, business capability modeling, and hands-on AI enablement to drive both technology modernization and organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Enterprise Architecture Support (Primary)

• Maintain and evolve business capability models, value streams, and process architectures aligned with organizational strategy.

• Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to:

• Gather and validate requirements

• Identify operational and experience pain points

• Define architectural solutions addressing business challenges

• Produce and maintain architectural artifacts including:

• Business process models

• Capability maps

• Information models

• Architecture roadmaps

• Conduct current-state assessments and gap analyses to support future-state planning and transformation roadmaps.

• Ensure proper architectural governance to reduce technology sprawl and improve cost efficiency.

 

2. AI Adoption & Literacy Enablement (Preferred / Strong Advantage)

• Help internal teams leverage the full suite of available AI tools to enhance productivity, creativity, and decision-making.

• Conduct workshops, webinars, and hands-on training sessions to enhance AI literacy across the enterprise.

• Support early-adopter programs and ambassador networks to scale responsible AI adoption.

Enterprise Architecture

• Rationalizing and simplifying employee platform architecture

• Driving standards adoption across architecture teams

• Acting as an escalation and advisory point for architecture decisions

• Supporting architecture councils and governance forums

 

Emerging Technology Acceleration

• Scaling AI adoption across teams and workflows

• Supporting internal AI communities and champion networks

• Identifying and activating high-value AI use cases within business processes

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, business architecture, technology strategy, or related domains.

• Strong experience with:

    - Capability modeling

    - Process modeling

    - Information architecture

    - Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate or similar)

• Ability to translate business challenges into architectural solutions.

• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and workshops.

• Experience with AI tools, AI enablement, or AI transformation programs is a strong plus.
