Job Description:

Role: SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (EAM) Lead Consultant

Location : Maumee, OH (Onsite)

Type : Contract

Role:

This role involves leading the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance (EAM) solutions within an S/4HANA environment, ensuring seamless integration with other modules to support digital transformation in asset management and operational efficiency.

 

· Business Analysis:

Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, analyze "as-is" processes, and design "to-be" maintenance processes (preventive, corrective, breakdown, refurbishment).

 

· Functional Expertise:

Configure core SAP PM functionalities: Functional Locations, Equipment Masters, Work Centers, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, Notifications, Work Orders, Status Management, and Measuring Points. Deep Knowledge of S4HANA and Fiori based PM Apps.

 

· Data Migration:

Oversee the conversion of master data (equipment, task list, etc) from legacy system to S/4HANA using tool like SAP Migration cockpit

 

· Integration:

Ensure robust integration with Finance (FICO), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and third-party systems.

 

Solution Design:

Develop functional specifications, process flows, and configuration documentation, proposing solutions using RICEFW objects where needed.

 

· Testing & Training:

Lead UAT, create test scripts, prepare end-user documentation, and train business users.

 

· Project Implementation:

5-10 Yrs of Experience of SAP PM with 2-3 S/4HANA end to end implementation

 · Proven experience in SAP PM implementation and support, with specific S/4HANA experience (greenfield/brownfield).

· Strong understanding of asset management best practices and maintenance strategies.

· Proficiency in SAP configuration and functional design.

· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
