Touchscreen calibration

Hello,
I recently bought a thunderpack from technexion. Everything went fine
until I tried to put a new linux image. After some problems with that
I managed to do it but the touchscreen is not calibrated.
I tried to use xtscal (the same they use in their GUI apparently) but
if fails with the message "Resource temporarily unavailable"
Also tried ts-calibrate...this one works...the GUI anyway...the dots
show up for me to click, I click them and then voila!!!everything
stays the same:S
Has anyone had this problem? Any ideas on how to fix it?
