Quick start guide.

Hi David,

Thanks for all the tips, is it possible to create a quick start guide
on this group, on how to install ubuntu on to the thunderboard for all
us newbies.

furthermore to the above message

i have been trying to install ubuntu-armel-netinstall image: found
here: 'www.wiki.ubuntu.com/arm/beagle' onto the the technexion
thunderpack.
It doesn't seem to boot, as the boot.scr is configured for the beagle
board, do i need to reconfigure this? and how? All i get is the white
blank screen on the lcd touchscreen, i was hoping to get some output
onto the screen. nothing on the serial console either.


Any help is greatly appreciated.

Ubuntu Lucid is running on thunderboard but I have problem with apt/
dpkg ( broken pipes ? ) .. And no time to debug so I stick with
"karmic" atm.
