Good Morning 

Please may I ask for some help or handy tips 

We have just moved over from using the Mercury Type Charles law to the Irwin type 

This uses Olive Oil, and for the life of me i cannot get it to flow too the correct place , I have used the oil warm etc , with the old way I just used to run the Mercury Bead down a wire

so, any help please, as yesterday it nearly was thrown through the window tried for 3 hrs !!!!
