Hi Physics Educators and Technicians,

This email is a repeat of a previous one for those who have recently joined/were too busy at the end of term. It would be great to hear from you!

The University of Strathclyde Institute of Education is conducting some research into practical methodologies in physics. This work is being supported by an Institute of Physics grant. We are looking for educators and technicians currently working in Scottish schools and colleges and involved with N5 physics to answer some questions. More information can be found in the link participant information sheet which is linked below. There is no requirement to take part and all forms will be anonymised. There is an optional section to leave details for us to contact you about some upcoming workshops.

You can choose to complete the survey without giving any personal details, we only require these to contact you about attending the optional workshops.

If you do not wish to participate, thank you for your time.

Best wishes,

Hi Tina,

Thanks for pointing this out! I have reopened the survey and hope you find the time to take part. We really need technician input, so if you could spread the word it would be greatly appreciated. If folk have any trouble with the survey but are keen to take part in the workshops, please ask them to get in touch.

We will close the survey at 5pm on Wed 31st Jan, so hopefully we can get more technicians on board by then.

Best wishes,

Laura
