Another job posting from our co-op .... and I still think it's a great place to work! You get to work on international Open Data standards that change the world and the workers co-op bit means that after you pass probation you can choose to become a director of the company and get really involved in making decisions. Also, it's one of the most supportive environments in terms of staff looking after each other I've ever seen. We are remote first, with our 18 staff based all around the UK.

(I should probably be honest and say the stately home is owned by a co-op started by trade unions* and has posters from things like the anti-nuclear campaign on the walls, and the first class train ticket was only cos I booked early and it was £1.50 cheaper.)
