Hi, all!

We are hiring for a Unified Communications Admin. It is an Exec Pro, 260-day job with a salary range of $89K-$101K (ish). The job summary is:

Reporting directly to the Director of IT Operations and Infrastructure and working effectively with others throughout the District, this position performs a wide variety of tasks related to the District Network Communications services environment. This includes, but is not limited to: unified communications systems programming, virtual meeting systems configuration and administration, troubleshooting to support help desk inquiries, managing and performing hardware and software upgrades, looking for efficient, cost-effective ways to sustain all network communications systems, confirming and verifying billing statements for accuracy, training other users on system operations and developing and conducting end-user training. This work includes network, wireless and cloud-based equipment and systems. Also performs technical service calls as required. Communicates requirements to vendors to meet district requirements.
