Happy Monday TLF!
We have updated our event calendar to reflect our Fall and Spring In-Person event dates.
We’re excited to have you join us for Innovation and Appreciation: A TLF Fall Gathering hosted by Weld RE-4 School District at Orchard Hill Elementary School.
As we head into the season of gratitude, this gathering will highlight how intentional design and purposeful technology strengthen instruction and learning—something we’re truly thankful to celebrate together.
The morning will include a school tour, collaborative discussions, and reflection, followed by a Friendsgiving-style lunch sponsored by ViewSonic as we share ideas and appreciation for the work happening in schools across Colorado.

8:30 – 9:00 AM – Welcome and Purpose
Overview of the day and framing connections between technology, instruction, and TLF business
9:00 – 10:00 AM – Technology Tour
Classroom visits featuring ViewSonic interactive panels and Lightspeed Topcat voice amplification systems
Focus: alignment between instructional intent and technology design
10:00 – 10:15 AM – Break
10:15 – 11:00 AM – Selection and Implementation Process, Impact and Outcomes
Overview of decision-making, rollout, and professional learning usage data and qualitative evidence of instructional impact
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM – AI in Teaching and Learning
Exploring Orchard Hill’s AI initiatives, including PLCs using AI for instructional planning and AI literacy learning
12:00 – 12:30 PM – Lunch and Synthesis (Sponsored by ViewSonic)
Group conversation, networking, or grab lunch to go as needed

Parking and Entrance:
Please park in the main lot. There is ample parking, including accessible spaces near the entrance. Our team will be at the front to greet you and provide directions when you arrive.
