Hi all, 

I hope your year is off to a good start. I wanted to ask 2.5 questions to you all as I try to work something out with a school. 

1. Do you count student emails and Google Drive files to be considered student records?

2. What is your retention policy for student emails and drive files? 

2.5 Have you ever deleted emails and drive files for active current students?

I greatly appreciate your perspective and practices.
