Good morning TLF!
I’m really looking forward to seeing everyone online for our February meeting later this morning.
In the meantime, I’m reaching out to see if anyone in the group is navigating a specific Canva setup similar to ours.
Our Context:
We transitioned to a managed version for rostering through Canva about a year ago.
We are currently on the Free Education Plan (not Enterprise).
The Challenge: We’ve been hitting some hurdles with rostering, and navigating the back-and-forth with support has been a bit of a marathon.
Our Ask: Is there anyone else running a similar setup who would be open to a brief chat with our Application Specialist team? We’d love to compare notes on:
Your general approach to user management.
What’s working well for your team?
How are you navigating the current limitations or challenges?
