Happy Tuesday, TLF friends!

Just wanted to put this on your radar... After years of talking about it, this spring I am launching the first-ever FREE Colorado Innovates online conference. 40 innovative, deeper learning schools from across the state will be sharing their magic on Saturday, May 3. Emphasis will be on:
  • hands-on, active, experiential learning by students;
  • high levels of student agency, voice, choice, and ownership;
  • deep, robust student creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration;
  • students who are engaged in authentic, real-world work and problem-solving;
  • students who are making positive impacts in local or global contexts;
  • place-based, community-engaged partnerships; and/or
  • creative and empowering student use of digital tools, learning technologies, and online platforms.
1. Please feel free to share within your networks and encourage your colleagues and fellow educators to attend. I have reserved 80% of attendee slots for Colorado residents.

2. I hope that you might be able to join us in attendance that Saturday. Register soon!

Nearly all of the school invites have been sent out. Should be a great day of learning, sharing, and connecting! 🙂

Yours in service,

SCOTT
