Overview

There's a lot happening in 'technology' law in India today. From patent and copyright challenges, to spectrum policy changes, to cyber crime. 'Daily Technology Law Newsletter' is a newsletter I started in August 2013 to keep track of these diverse happenings in the India. The newsletter aggregates technology law news items from 5 major national newspapers - the Hindu, the Hindu Business Line, Indian Express, Business Standard and the Times of India. The newsletter tracks the following issues:

- Intellectual Property

- the Pharmaceutical sector

- E-governance and Smart Cards (including the UID/Aadhar)

- Right to information

- Cyber Crime

- Media including Broadcast and Online media

-Telecommunications

Subscribers receive one email every day with that day's newsletter attached.
