I had Thinkpad laptop and was using additional monitor on and off without any issues and suddenly since 2-3 weeks, when I am trying to share my screen, people are just seeing black screen. This is with both option i,e. when using laptop alone and also with additional monitor. Note there were no issues earlier.

@Viren_Manek I have the same here in Australia, a user is on DODO (an Australian ISP) and is also experiencing screen freezes, black screen when sharing with occasional sharing. When the user is in the office the sharing it working fine. Has there been any update?

Hi Viren. I have what appears to to be the same problem when using MS Teams. My symptoms are the same as others have reported. The Teams App on Win10 is giving the problem. Using it through the browser is fine. My ISP is Dodo. Have you found a solution yet?

1. I cannot share my screen. All other users see when I share are black windows. My video that I share is very jittery and will stick with one image of me for minutes before refreshing, only to get stuck again. My image quality is really bad. I can see and hear other participants with no problems to a high level of quality. My audio to them is fine. This started for me about two months ago and happens consistently.

9. I have connected both of the computers above via wifi to a Telstra supplied NetGear Nighhawk LTE Mobile Router with Telstra data SIM. (Thereby removing Dodo from the equation entirely). Teams works perfectly with no interruptions between my computers and with other colleagues.

Hi, I am uploading the SCORM package to Blacboard (SL 2) , using SCORM 1.2 settings and ordered the course to open in a new window. The course does open in a new window, but the Blackboard page where the link to the course is located immediately display this white page with the text:

The course does open in the new window and runs properly? If so, sounds like it's working as designed. Bb might just have that message by default for everyone just in case the course doesn't launch due to an enabled pop-up blocker. Easier to display message for all instead of programming to display only when it's blocked.

Opening anything in a new window can be problematic since some browsers have pop-up blockers enabled by default until you disable it. We have some content from vendors that use pop-ups and our students can't see it because IT doesn't give them permission to disable it.

Thank you, Mike! This makes kind of sense from the developer perspective but is so confusing for a user. I have a course in my page, started storyline, have a new window with the storyline course but when I want to get back to my blackboard course I see a blank page. Some people will click on the back button but some would close the window. I have never experienced anything like this as a learner. Are you sure nothing can be done to it?

I'm not sure nothing can be done. I used to be a Bb admin at another job and if memory serves me, I believe I complained about this same issue to them. You can always check with your LMS support or Bb. Some other vendor files open in a new window but send back a message that the course has been completed.

Any reason why you are opening the course in a new window? Keeping it in the browser would solve this issue? I'm guessing you're opening in a new window because Bb doesn't like displaying in an iFrame?

In my character, I set a blackboard key called hasSpottedPlayer to true once the player was spotted using PawnSensing. I was using the following code to set the Blackboard variable within the Character:
