GOSH YES. I complained them and they pretend they don't know. Got so pissed off with the call center guy who answered my call for making me on hold for half an hour and then didn't give any solution at all. I'm really disappointed with Dialog.  They said it's perfectly ok.  That dumb idiot was so close to telling me to use a  TV antenna to get better signal reception :/
