Online Payment Sites

Does anybody has any idea about this SRILANKANETJOBS.COM web site. They advertise that they provide online surveys for Sri Lankans promising payments of $10 -$50 per survey. But they need their members to pay $20 for registration with them( Payment for 2 surveys). Are these sites legitimate or fraudulent. I've seen lot of websites like this for Eg- AW Surveys etc. Does anybody has experiences? may be good or bad.

Filling out surveys and lot of time consuming things are required to be done by these sites . I think it'll be very useful for all the members of the group to be aware of this type of things, if you people can share your experiences.
