any VGA that has DIV does support DVI to VGA, for this u need a DVI to
VGA adapter, most of the times it comes with the VGA card else u can
buy one. that will cost around Rs.400

i haven't seen CRT's with DVI since normally DVI is totally Digital,
as you know the computers are Digital, but for a CRT, they use analog,
same as VGA, so the VGA card convert digital to analog and CRT can run
on it, but LCD's are Digital, so there is no point converting to
Digital to analog and back to Digital for a LCD, so its always better
to use DVI if the LCD has it. but most cheap LCD's only have VGA.
but even tho DVI is Digital, on VGA card, it has a port call DVI-I
meaning it has both Digital and Analog, so when you use a DVI to VGA
adaper, it use the DVI-I ports analog out to connect to the monitor.
it aways good when you can use DVI, but it all depend on your monitor
support it or not.

i think you can understand why from the top reply

yes, it will,it even support DX10 as well

this is not a problem with the Nvidia chip, its the issue with card
manufactures, as some times they use low quality parts and bad
designs. so its always a good idea a to get a card from a good brand,
such as Asus, Foxcon etc
from the above replies for this thread, i found that NVDIA is a chip
and XFX,BFG,EVGA and etc (As you mentioned)are the developers for this
chip commercially.I kindly request your solutions for the questions
below for more information.
1.Is ATI Radeon a chip like NVIDIA ?
2.If it is, then what are the best developers for the chip (like
NVIDIA has XFX,BFG and EVGA) internationally? what such brand can be
found in srilanka with an enough quality?
their is another question. I think ur motherboard supports PCI Express
Graphic Adapter as it may have a pci express slot on it. There are
versions of PCI Express slots as 1X - 16X. What you think about it?
What's the impact that it can cause when we buy a brand new G card?
I've heard that lower versions like 1X supports the latest but not
with exact capability of the Gcard as this 1x,..... means the data
transfer rate.
what are your ideas?
