1. Easypay.lk එකෙන් ගෙවුවොත් හරියන්න දවසක් යනවලු
2. සම්පත් නෙට් එකේ බිල් ගෙවන එක ගැන දන්නෙ නෑ
3. අපි බැංකු ගිණුමට සල්ලි දැම්මොත් හරිලු. ඒත් සම්පත් නෙට් එකෙන් දාද්දි යාවත් කාලීන වීමට දවසක් යනවලු (ඒත් යාලුවන්ට සල්ලි දාද්දි එවෙලෙම යාවත්කාලීන වෙනව)
 කාගිල්ස් හරි කීල්ස් හරි යන්නලු. එහෙම නැතිව ගෙවන්න ක්‍රමයක් දන්නවද. කලින් ගෙවපු ක්‍රමයක්

කොහොම හරි වැඩේ කරගත්ත

සම්පත් නෙට් එකෙන් සල්‍ලි ඩයලොග් බැංකු ගිණුමට දාල රිෆරන්ස් අංකයත් බලෙන්ම දීල වඩේ ගොඩ දාගත්ත. ඒ අය ඒ ගැන කලින් දැනුමක් තිබ්බෙ නෑ. දවසක් ඉන්න කීව. බැංකු අද වහල නිසා. ඒ පාර මම ‍රිෆරන්ස් අංකය දීල, සම්බන්ධතාවය හදාගත්ත

Customer support will not be the right place to ask technical/technology relevant question. but these type of questions are v v normal.


Pravin, I don't know how the community ppl knows than the dialog who operates their own payment system. :-P

Dialog has a good web portal & stream lined customer care. So, why should somebody try to get community support for these type of simple things?

Why don't they hide these kind of things from their customers?


Don't fear to contact Dialog Customer care.


Here is the solution for your issue;

1.) Do your payment on-line

Online Payments

• MyDialog
• eZPay.lk
• PayEasy.lk
• ezetop.com - Any person who holds a VISA or MASTER Credit Card can transfer credit to a prepaid account from any country

2.) Give the transaction/payment id + payment amount to the customer care & ask them to reconnect.
3.) they will ask you to try the service after 20-30min

I faced the same issue but i didn't ask above details from communities. I could get those details from the dialog customer care. I'm just a customer.


you should get the community support only if you don't have a good source to find it. So, Pl Don't try to ask each & everything from the community.

සමාවෙන්න ඕනෙ මෙහෙම කියනවට. මම අහල තියන ගැටලුව පොඩ්ඩක් ඔය චක්‍රවර්ති මහත්තය කියවල බලන්න. මට දැනගන්න ඕනෙ උනේ අදම සක්‍රිය කරගන්න ක්‍රමයක්, අද සෙනසුරාද නිසා බැංකු වහල, ඩයලොග් වහල. මම ඔය සයිට් එකේ තියන ක්‍රම හා බිලේ තියන ක්‍රම වල යාවත්කාලීන වීම ගැන පාරිභෝගික සේවයෙන් කීප පාරක් ඇහුව. සෑහීමකට පත්විය නොහැකි නිසයි දන්න අයගෙන් ඇහුවෙ.
