IDM downloads stuck at 99.99%

microsoft, direct links from apple downloads,...etc) using internet
download manager sometimes they stuck at 99.99%. I tried re
downloading them but result is same. Tried refreshing the link but it
didn't work either. I tried different version 5.19, 5.18 5.15 still no
difference.
I'm using windows 7 and connects to internet via airtel and mobitel
using e156G (the one that Abans sell) modem. If anybody knows a
solution please let me know.

It happens when download is almost completed and 2 or 3 kb to be
downloaded.

I'm using the latest version and files which I tried to download are
around 500mb. Same file can be downloaded using DAP without a peoblem,
But DAP is slower than IDM.

අද මම දැක්ක 100% හිර වෙලා තියනව IDM එකක්....

99.99 ගැටළුව එන්නේ Download කරපු File Rebuild කරද්දී. Temporary files තියෙන ලොකේෂන් එක හොයාගෙන ෆයිල් නේම් එක rename කරානම් ඒක භාවිතා කරන්න පුලවන්. ඉන්ටනෙට් කනෙක්ෂන් එකේ අවුලක් කියලනම් මට හිතන්න අමාරුයි.

මේ දසුන් කියන erroe එක එන්නෙ 99.99% දිද?
මගෙ නම් ඔය වගේ ඒව එන්නෙ 100% දි.
සිංහල යුනිකෝඩ් නමක් තියන ෆයිල් එකක් සේව් කරද්දි IDM එක ඉරි කෑලි තමයි නමට දාගන්නෙ. ඒත් මම ඒකට බලෙන් 'සිංහල යුනිකෝඩ්' නමක් දැම්ම. ඉවර උනාට පස්සෙ idm එකට බෑ ඒක rebuild කරල මම දීපු නමින් save කරන්න. යුනිකෝඩ් සහය දක්වන්නෙ නැති නිසා ඒ නම "????" වලින් කියවල "???" තියන නමින් save කරන්න හද්දද්දි windows වලින් ඒක කරන්න දෙන්නෙ නැති නිසා වෙන්න ඕනෙ...
ඒත් version එක අනුව 99%, 100% වෙනස් වෙන්නත් බැරි නෑ!...
