windows 8.1 preview

i recently download and installed windows 8.1 64 bit edition.when i am trying to connect to the internet using my huwei modem i got an error massege "failed to create phone book entry"  .i create a dialup connection and connet to internet but i cannot connect through mobile partner software any one know a solution? .thanks in advance.

same problem also for me.i think nothing to do for it connect using dial up connection.then u can open mobile partner and do any thing

Just try below solution

Go to : 

C:\Users\(Your User Name)\Appdata\Roaming\Microsoft\Network\Connections\Pbk

OR

  

 C:\Program Data\Microsoft\Network\Connection\Pbk

and find the file name "rasphone.pbk" and just delete it and run application again.
