Question not cleared.
all are u use online and offline tractions. but debit card should be enable by informing to the bank for internet payment, some credit cards also same,

credit card - both online and any shop which accept your credit card
debit card  - can be purchase from any shop which accept your debit card and some of allowing to use internet. before do the transaction you have to enable it. some debit cards (which has not printed your name) not allow to use in the shops outside the country.
web card - only online transactions
