වෙබ් කාඩ් එක සම්බන්ධයෙන් මට මෙහෙම ප්‍රශ්නයක් තියෙනවා, දැන් ඕක රු 2500, රු 5000 හා රු 10000(ද කොහෙද) ආදී විදියට වර්ෂන් කීපයක් තියෙනවනේ. ඒ කියන්නේ මම රු 2500 කාඩ් එක ගත්තොත් මට ගනුදෙනුවකදී පාවිච්චි කරන්න පුලුවන් උපරිම මුදල රු 2500 ද? මට ඊට වඩා වැඩි ගාණක් පසුව කාඩ් එකට දාලා (top up කරලා) පාවිච්චි කරන්න බැරිද?

වෙබ් කාඩ් එක සම්බන්ධයෙන් මට මෙහෙම ප්‍රශ්නයක් තියෙනවා, දැන් ඕක රු 2500, රු 5000 හා රු 10000(ද කොහෙද) ආදී විදියට වර්ෂන් කීපයක් තියෙනවනේ. ඒ කියන්නේ මම රු 2500 කාඩ් එක ගත්තොත් මට ගනුදෙනුවකදී පාවිච්චි කරන්න පුලුවන් උපරිම මුදල රු 2500 ද? මට ඊට වඩා වැඩි ගාණක් පසුව කාඩ් එකට දාලා (top up කරලා) පාවිච්චි කරන්න බැරිද?

මෙම මුදල ආරම්භක මුදලයි, මම දන්න විදිහට 100,000/- දක්වා top-up කර භාවිතා කරන්න පුළුවන්. ඊට වඩා ලොකු ගනුදෙනු කරනවනම් බැංකුවට දන්වන්න ඕනි. මේ අවුරුදු 2ක 3න කට ඉස්සෙල්ල මම ගද්දි මට කීවෙ. දැන් කොහොමද දන්නෙ නෑ. ඒ වගේම වෙබ් කාඩ් එකේ ඇති මුදල් නැවත withdraw හෝ සම්පත් බැංකු ගිණුමකට නැවත ගත හැකියි.

බෑ, ලංකාවෙ ලිපිනයක් සහිත paypal ගිණුමකට මුදල් රැස්කල නොහැක.

ඒ වගේම top-up කරන්න පුළුවන් ක්‍රම විදිහට බැංකුව කියන්නෙ බැංකුවට ගොස් කාඩ් අංකය භාවිතා කර මුදල් තැන්පත් කිරීම හෝ sampathnet වැනි සේවාවක් භාවිතා කර මුදල් transfer කිරීමයි. 

නමුත් card අංකයට ඕනෑම බැංකුවකින් තැන්පත් කිරීමක් කරන්න පුළුවන් නම් අන්තර් ජාලය හරහාද මුදල් ලබාගත හැකියි. බැංකුවෙන් විමසන්න වේවි මේ වගේ දේ.
