Is there any way to get ubuntu dvd free of charge? from sri lanka is preferred..

Get a new launchpad account from shipit.ubuntu.com, then you can request it as usual. Last month I got a 10.10 CD.
Err...
But I never heard about Ubuntu DVDs. Sometimes you may be talking about SuperOS or... simply I don't know about that DVD... :)
