How Laptop Repairing is done?

Hi! I recently attempted many things in order to keep low my laptop
temperature. But, it seems that nothing works well.

So, I need to service my laptop right now.

I showed my laptop to one of the local computer repairing shop & they
promised me to do that in 3hrs for Rs.800.

So, I was amazed. I thought it could worth much more than that.

So, guys,

I want to know what kind of interior parts should be cleaned in a
perfect laptop service?

up to what extend should they clean the laptop ?

its like this, only thing that get dust is the fins on the CPU cooler,
its like a radiator grill and that get filled with dust and the air
dont get pass true properly.
aprt from what, do NOT clean any thing else. there is NO need. most of
the time CPU heat sink can be cleaned with only removal of the back or
top cover. depends on the laptop.

So, Does it mean that it's useless to waste Rs.800 on this?

But Kalinga, I'm not an expert of computers and I'm just doing company work with this!

So, what do you recommend ?
