About SMS Library for C# or Java (focus on receiving SMS)

මට dongle එකකින් SMS receive කරගන්න පුළුවන් විදියේ  හොද ( C# or Java ) library එකක්  ගැන දන්නා කෙනෙක් ඉන්නවනම් කියන්න. In most case SMS are sending properly but not receiving, I already tested with mCore SMS library with C#.
මට අවශ්‍යයි mobile partner වගේ program එකක් ලියන විදිය දැනගන්න.

GSMCOMM is the best for C# , I've developed SMS engine by this one long time before.

By java by using Socket programming and AT commands also possible.
